The Thoracic Society documents published on this web site are regarded as best practice but there may be occasions when it may be reasonable to diverge from these Guidelines for reasons which are peculiar to a particular case or circumstance.

TSANZ position papers are current for five years. Obsolete papers are held in the TSANZ Office and are available on request.
