Liverpool Non-Invasive Ventilation Workshop 2021

Location: Online Lectures via Zoom

This fully online NIV workshop offers a combination of didactic and discussion-based teaching at the basic-intermediate level. The course is particularly useful for Respiratory and Sleep Medicine trainees, however is open to all respiratory nurses, medical, and allied health members interested in respiratory failure and non-invasive ventilation.

The course will include pre-reading material, live small-group online sessions, pre- and post-workshop MCQ quiz and ongoing access to course lectures.

Subject to COVID-restrictions, a limited hands-on session is likely to be made available at Liverpool Hospital, NSW, for interested members to get their hands dirty with NIV equipment. An online demonstration of NIV equipment will be made available as supplement for those unable to attend in person.
